    自制雪菜土豆丝



    原料: spring greens(春菜叶)3大片, 培根一片, 大土豆一个, 小红辣椒两个, 姜少许。 醋, 鸡精, 盐,油。

    做法:

    1. 将菜叶洗净切细丝, 土豆切丝,培根切末, 辣椒切末, 姜切末。
     2. 将菜叶丝, 姜末,辣椒末放入一个大盆里, 加盐一勺,醋一勺,使劲揉3-5分钟,将挤出的水倒掉。
    3. 锅入油,将培根入锅炒香,加揉好的雪菜,炒匀,加鸡精半勺,盐半勺。炒匀出锅待用。
    4.土豆丝放入水中洗净淀粉,再滤去水份。
    5. 锅洗净,添油,放入土豆丝,加两勺醋,炒匀。加鸡精半勺,再炒三分钟,再加入雪菜丝,拌匀即可。

    此菜特点是:鲜辣酸咸,佐饭奇佳!
